How do we transition young people from vulnerability to independence? The answer lies in economic empowerment through decent work.
TADI is dedicated to supporting young people’s access to productive employment. We do this by developing both soft and hard skills necessary for the modern marketplace, including Technical & Vocational Educational Training (TVET) and entrepreneurship literacy.
We place a special emphasis on adolescent girls and young women who are often disadvantaged socio-economically. Through our programs, we provide capacity development and financial credit for income-generating activities, helping women and youth establish small-scale businesses and voluntary savings associations.
When a young person has the skills to earn a living, they gain the power to shape their own reality.
